My diet programme....

recently..i asyk terrr...tengok kat tv..tmpt2 tuk kuruihkan badan..cne treatment die n so on..bkn nk tgk sgt pon..dah kate terr kan..waw..ok,okaiii.... 
i admit la, i am dying to be thin! .......nak kurus!!!

few days ago..my sis balik melaka..asking me to call my besties, hidayah.die dok tnye sal diet menu for those yg undergo slimming treatment la kan. then i tgk the menu..hm..ia terbhg pd dua..

1) hi-protein diet
2)lower carbohydrate diet

mcm interesting n mampu dilakukan..tapi..nah2 tgk dulu...

"Hi-protein diet"

BREAKFAST : skimmed milk + air masak + any one of these..(half-boiled egg/sosej/scramble egg)





 


LUNCH : any vegeS  w/out dressing / yong taufu / fishball soup / steamed chicken + air masak


DINNER : veges lagi + buah2an  + air.. adela option lain like (bean curd w chicken / fish grilled) yg ni adviseble mkn 3 jam before tito zzZZz...


p/s: green apple is the best tau utk diet.saye tgk kt TViQ hee...



"lower carbohydrate diet"

 BREAKFAST : susu + whole meal grain /oat / biscuits + air masak
 LUNCH :  chicken poridge / fish poridge / fishball noodle soup + veges + apple / orange / guava + air  





DINNER :   1/2 bowl rice + no limit of vege + fish or chicken grilled + buah2an + air masak


ok.so how? wat do u think? ape? not ok kah? huhu tp i realy have to diet lor..saye tertarik dgn satu teori ni..my bro in law buat n it works! die ikut program diet satu company ni. amway. sedar x yg actualy kite ni dah trained diri kita tok gain energy dr ape yg kite mkn? cth la k. saye ni, kalo x mkn weak je ase. bile da mkn especialy lunch..br ade tnga nk gerak lebey, ckp lebey hee..bila bdn kite da biase cmto...jd lemak2 yg tersmpan dok terperap x terguna..yela, katekan arini saye ambik kalori yg tggi tp tenaga yg diguna kurang dr pengambilan..kalori yg selebihnye jd lemak, tol?itu la yg dmaksudkan lemak tersmpan.esok masok lg 'lemak' baru, ade lg yg lebey n tmbh 'stok simpanan lemak'..hmm...my abg ipar mgunakan hi-protein diet di mana..kita hanye ambik protein as hidangan utama. no nasi or pape yg ade carbo. pelik? x caye?ade reason die yg sgt2 logic n true. ok, kite tau lemak yg bg kite tenaga kan? bile kita x amek mknn carbo..da xde sumber lemak yg bdn kite nk guna spt biasa d trained. jadi, nak xnak, bile da xde sumber baru, bdn kta akn guna lemak dulu2 kala yg kite smpan..haa.. cn u see tat? while inchi protein kita plak, pntg, utk pembinaan sel2 terutama sel utk otak...amat2 penting amik protein powder wat aer nyummy2..

baek la.berkuatkuasa 14 february..saye akn mula diet.heh3.nape bkn arini ea..sbb x ready agy..skg kt umah mmg temptation nk mkn byk+sedap2 sgt tggi. jd..xpela.bg la cik badan ni enjoy dulu hahaha...


my target : 



1)double chin- dun want.
2)jeans- loose la atleast huhu
3)my arm- comel sket lagi hee..
