Dreams do come true. Saya percaya!!

setiap org mesti ade impian masing2 kan? me too. saya tak terkecuali. I have so many dreams that i really,really wish i dpt make it true. I know,my dreams blh come true kalau i act to turn them into realities.so...this time around,my post adalah ttg impian saya. erm..ofcoz..ini impian duniawi.huhu. i mean, cth ea..impian nk g haji..ofcoz semua nk. infact if things like that bkn skadar impian, tp sy anggap kewajipan buat sy.saye mesti dapatkan. tp yg ini...kat post ni...hm..duniawi la hak3 mgkn akn tercapai n mgkn jgk tak..tapi sy tetap akn usaha dpt kan n jdkan kenyataan.* eh pasal byk benor tapi aku ni * hehe..

this is the list of my dreams.

1) Piano. Saye naaaaaak sgt belaja main piano. really hope one day saya ade piano kat rumah, n saya tahu how to play it too. to play many of my fav songs esp korean song mcm ala2 winter sonata tu huhu...nak3...insyaallah saye nk join class dulu. tp bkn skg. ade plannye.nti la hehe..

2) Saya nak jd model.yes. serious. walaupun my height cume 153cm tp sy ttp mau kuar magazine n jadi model haha.ngade kan. tp serious ni. tgu la.i will work for it. serious. muslimah magazine ofcourse. sure sume tahu mgzine ape kannn.

                                                                          

3) Nak kurus mcm org korea. kurus kurus kurus macam wondergirls tu huhu...atau mcm dlm pic kt bwh ni... i dah try jog n diet..my weigh before ni 54 now dah trun tau..48 skg :) 2bln i tak mkn nasi...it works! huhu tp stil x mcm kt bwh ni :'(

4)  Nak travel ke byk2 tmpat mcm kakak2 saya esp Paris.nak pergi nanti tak kira!! saye nk tp sy tahu..sy kene blaja btl2 dulu erk....~

8) saya nak jd usahawan yg berjaya! lawyer? erm blm tentu lg i mau practice huhu..my main target adalah bussiness2! dlm mind skg bsness plg best is cendawan ;) low risk, tp keuntungan die is super duper great!!

nk jd jutawan tu over la kan haha..tp mmg i nk involve dlm bussines..n gain duet maaanyak3! hee

Org yg saya kagumi in my family :)

Ringkasnya, ada 3 org yg saya kagumi.

Nama beliau Siti Atikah Bt Tukimin. sudah berumur 53 thn dan memiliki 10 org cahaya mata., 5 lelaki dan 5 perempuan. Beliau merupakan surirumahtangga sepenuh masa. Ape yg saya kagumi ttg beliau?

• Seorang bussiness minded.Walaupun hanya duduk di rumah, tapi percaya x income beliau sama atau mgkn lebih dr org yg bekerja kt luar sana? beliau sgt rajin cari bussiness x kisah la pggn mangkuk ke, baju, kasut even makan2 (tempahan) pon beliau layann..dan sgt sistematik saye suke tgk bile beliau buat kira2, collection stp bulan. nak kutip utang la kan dr mereka2 yg berhutang. bile tgk jumlah, wow! ibu mmg terbaekk! padahal duk rumah je. just busy kol sane, kol sini, tnye nk tgk katalog or not. Bila ade feedback,dgn segera beliau akan mtk my dad atau my brother p htr kpd customer beliau.

• Rajin, kuat, kental,menepati masa..maklum lah keturunan jawa, harus lah rajin! dlm satu hari ssh la nk tgk beliau bermalas-malasan. ade je keje yg beliau nk buat. keje dlm rumah dah xde, beliau akn keluar cr keje kt luar. Even bercucuk tanam u noe! mane2 kwsn lapang bertanah, beliau tanam sayur like kacang botol, kacg pjg, sawi, cili, tomato. best x? bendi pon ade. bila da ade hasil, saya suuuke+excited tgk. seronok u noe, mcm ade farmville kt fb plak hehe

• Rajin cari ilmu agama. stp hari ade je ilmu baru n surely die akan share n story kat anak2. rancangan tanyalah ustaz plg digemari tau. dan..sebab itu lah.. ibu saya berjaya jadi seorg insan yg Tabah. Bukan xde org yg dengki dgn ibu..ada...mcm2 org buat kat ibu tp ibu selalu sabar n she will say "Doakan yg terbaik utk org mcm tu..jgn berdendam..." n s o on la..baik tak ibu? paling sedih bila ada anak2 muda yg tak blh menghormati ibu saya (tamau la plk mention sape kann) apa salah jumpa ibu saya n hulurkan tgn utk bersalam...tp ni bkn stkt tak bersalam, siap menjeling  lagi, sungguh biadap! tapi ibu tak pernah la tunjuk rase marah atau tak puas hati dgn org mcm tu, walaupun anak2 ibu akn ckp ibu org mcm tu mmg eee..geram la kitorg. tp ibu tetap akn nasihatkan kami ni jgn terlalu membenci.doakan yg terbaik. ibu, sungguh, ibu idola kami.

Next person is my Kakngah. nama diberi Ainul Shahrazad. umur? skg dia dia dah 28 tahaun. bekas pelajar electrical electronic dekat Universiti Teknologi Petronas. Skg bekerja sbg seorg engineer di*maaf kurang ingt huhu * Memiliki 2 org cahaya mata, muhammad ammar dan sumayyah. kenapa sy mengagumi kakngah sy?

• kakngah anak yg paling tak suka duit hehe sounds weird ha..bukan2..mksud saya.kalo die ade duit, die xsuke berkira@kedekut..mengikut pemerhatian sy la kan.. sejak dari sekola kan..dia rajin masok pertandingan atau pape contest la yg prize nye adalah wang tunai. Pernah dia menang menulis cerpen, dpt berapa ratus yek, *lupa lg huhu. tp yg sy ingt, dia bg ibu sume duit tu. Ibu tak mintak, tp itu yg mmg kakngah nak. dia nak ibu guna duit tu. senang citer utk ibu, she would do anything n give everything utk ibu, asalkan ibu senyum, sihat dan gembira. seriously. bukan nk kata anak2 lain tak mcm tu, tp nk d stresskan kat cni yg tahap pengorbanan kak ngah ni utk ibu lebih la dr kami2 lain2 ni. 

• tapi sifat x kedekut tu pon bertempat..kira beliau bijak la dlm soal perbelanjaan..mementingkan simpanan & masa depan. Infact bkn utk diri sendiri, kami adik2 pon die try utk train to be like her. saving3!!

• Bab aurat, sila rujuk cara penampilan beliau.huhu. the way she dress up sgt elegant yet menutup aurat. jgn harap u all nk tgk die pkai tdung singkat, baju ketat, tak pakai stokin kaki. bile2 masa nk suro dia tunaikan solat tanpa telekong, pon blh sbb pakaian dia da sgt2 menutup aurat.

• Seorg yg mementingkan hal kebajikan dlm agama, aktif dlm islamic circle @ usrah. kakngah busy dgn kerjaya sbg seorg engineer, bila mlm/weekend busy plk dgn usrah etc. Kakngah mempunyai seorg suami yg baik,dan anak2 yg kecik2 lg pandai bace surah2. pandai speaking london lg u noe! itu lah antara ganjaran org yg ikhlas dlm menjalankan dakwah islamiah. kan? saya kagum walaupun sy blm bersedia utk mengikut jejak langkah beliau huhu...

dan ke 3 ialah adik saya, muhammad aizudddin. umurnya skg ar..tingkatan 4 umor bape? 16 la kan hehe.. hm..beberapa perkara sy mmg kne kagumi dia....

• dlm family, dia lah yg paling 'bermasalah' sejak lahir huhu. when he was still a baby, asyk nangis je. mcm ahmad albab tu. tak tahu knp. mcm2 ustaz dah bwk p jumpa. pastu perangai pelik time he was 6, tadika. die sgt2 berkeras xnak sekola. mcm2 cara kitorg buat just utk buat dia seronok g sekola. tapi semuanya mnemui kegagalan..pernah satu hari, dia panjat gate taska tu sbb nk lari balik rumah. dasad kan utk seorag kanak2 berusia 6 tahun?tapi...dia lah paling cepat pandai mengeja compared to kitorg.. bkn tu je, die sudah pon menghafal sifir 1 sampai 15 seawal darjah 1 !! seriously. tanye je berapa darab berapa he able to jawab dgn pantas tnpa ragu2. impressive kan?

• he's good at maths.really.UPSR n PMR subjek wajib A dia adalah matematik tau.mesti a. cume SPM tak ketahuan lagi la kan..*nampak pemalas adek aku ni tp pandai gak rupenye hehe

• Aizuddin ni pandai simpan duit. even sepuluh sen pon dia hargai. sejak darjah 1 lagi sy dah npk die suke masok duet dlm tabung, 1 hari rm1 u noe. bdk darjah satu tu...until now die msh bijak menyimpan smpai kan mampu beli i-phone 2g ish3...*kakak die ni je boroz ta pndai mnympan huk3...

• Apa yg paling membanggakan... pencapaian n perubahan sikap dia skg...byk sgt perubahan positif dia skg.tau x,form 1 masok sekola tahfiz, pna satu hari dia hilang kat asrama  tak ditemui..ustaz kol ibu ckp aizuddin hlg, mgkn lari asrama.jauh giler sekola tu tau x tp dia  bravely lari n jalan kaki sorg2 utk balik rumah. lalu hutan tebal plk tu..malam baru smpai. *sume keluar cr die tp xjmpe.nsb baik selamat.. itu tingkatan 1. form 2,3, tak duduk asrama dah.mmg die berkeras tak mau. tp skg form 4, alhamdulillah. mungkin dah mula matang. skg duk asrama..kalo dulu kt sekola byk senyap, x aktif but now, mcm2 dia masok. sy terperanjat giler dgr die masok debate! walaupun tmpt ke 3 tp participation dia tu dah ckop membanggakan. baru2 ni, kt sekola,"ganjaran" dr ustaz.. siapa yg hafal 2 juzuk dlm masa sebulan, ustaz bwk p maen paintball. n he did it! sy tak sangka adik sy dah baaanyak berubah. dan perubahan yg dia lakukan, pd saya bkn lah perkara mudah, sbb aizuddin yg dulu sgt terok huhu  i mean, tahap malas dan degil die sgt melampau smpai ibu pernah menangis sbb risau kan dia. tp berkat kesabaran ibu, ini lah dia. aizuddin yg skg..hormat kakak2 n abg die skg..mula rajin p surau..join ceramah2 agama.. sy syg adek sy ni...die mmg baik.

The facts:

Inspector Gandalf, The head of Narcotic Dpt received a report pertaining to the existence of illegal transaction of prohibited drugs infront of giant market. He then decided to conduct investigation.

on 12 October 2010 at 12 pm, he (inspector Gandalf) with the other two constable disguised themselves in civilian clothes. They sat at a Mamak Stall located approximately about 20 feet from the Giant supermarket. They observed a man in his early 20's who was wearing a pink shirt on two different occasion take a tiny yellow plastic bag out of his mouth and hand it over to another person in his early 40's who was wearing a long trench coat. The man in the long trench coat was approached by another man. After a brief discussion the man in the long trench coat passed the bag to the other man in exchange for money. Inspector Gandalf and the two constable believed that the bag contained drugs.They proceed to apprehend the man in the pink shirt. The man who was wearing the trench coat managed to run away. noticing the appearance of the police the man in the pink shirt quickly swallowed the entire consignment of tiny plastic bag.

however,

upon inspection inspector gandalf failed to find any drugs on the man in the pink shirt!

futher inquiries revealed that the man is known as Harry Botter. In order not to hamper investigation inspector gandalf sought an order to trigger the vomitting of the bags.

after the order was granted he brought Harry Botter to the local hospital and ordered doc Ronny to administer a substance known as Emetic to Harry Botter to hasten the vomitting. Doc Ronny questioned harry botter about his medical history before performing the procedure. Harry Botter merely shrugged his shoulders and informed Dr Ron that he has never been hospitalized before performing the procedure. He refused to take to take the substance. Doc Ron had to force him to swallow the substance while Inspector Gandalf and the other Constable held him. As a result Harry Botter vomitted two small plastic bags containing 30 grams of Opium. Later Doc Ron inspected him and declared that he is fit for detention.

During investigation, Harry Botter claim that he did not know the exact content of the plastic bags. The bag belong to a man known as Mr.Inferno. Mr Inferno forced him to keep the bags inside his mouth. He would hand over the bags to mr Inferno whenever he was instructed to do so. he also claimed that he accidentally swallowed the plastic bags due to the sudden appearance of inspector gandalf and the oher two constable.

After one week,Harry Botter complained of suffering a continuos stomach pain. he was diagnosed with irritation in the lower area of aesophagus due to the reflux of gasric acid. However the medical report did not indicate the exact cause of his stomach pain and whether it was related to the procedure performed on him by Doc Ronny.

on 1 dec 2010, Harry Botter was charged under sectioj 39B of Dangerous Drus Act. The High Court found that Harry Botter was not guilty.

i need to prove the procedure performed on the accused was NOT an unreasonable. The mr Justice claimed the evidence obtained due to the vomitting of the plastic bag is not admissible.

tapi....

the procedure performed on the accused is necessary. well, it can be said to prevent a possibly life threatening intoxication right? so, there is no violation of the physical integrity of the accused and the right not to incriminate himself. 

wargh...actualy blm discuss lg dgn my partner.this friday and saturday kami akn discuss..kami perlu htr submission then ready la utk 'perbicaraan'..?? erk.wateva la.nyte!
